Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Jay Team LLC and our affiliates (collectively, "Jay Team," "we," and "us") collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, retain, or otherwise process your information when you (whether you are a person acting as a sole proprietor or on behalf of another business entity, or a consumer) apply or sign up for a Jay Team account, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Jay Team's website or applications (collectively, "Services").

This policy applies to information collected when accessing and using the Services. By continuing to interact with the Services, you consent to the practices described here.

Consumer Rights, Choices, and Request Process

Jay Team will never sell your contact information, nor allow anyone to advertise to you other than parties for whom you have provided explicit consent. For example, if you register or book a consultation with us, you consent to receiving related communications such as scheduling confirmations or follow-ups.

Permission to Use Content

"Content" means any images, text, photos, audio, video, and all other forms of data or communication uploaded or shared with Jay Team. "Your Content" means Content you submit to or through the Site, such as messages, testimonials, and information displayed as part of your account or profile. With your submission, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use the Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services, subject to this policy.

Promotional Communication

You can opt out of receiving promotional email messages from Jay Team by following the opt-out instructions included in those messages. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Opting out may impact your use of the Services. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional (transactional) communications, such as messages about your account or our ongoing business relationship.

Submitting a Request

Where applicable law allows, if you would like to access, correct, object to the use of, restrict, or delete personal information you have previously provided to us — or request an electronic copy for transmission to another company — you may contact us at hello@jaypro.io with the subject line "Data Subject Request." Upon receipt, we will send a confirmation within 24–48 hours and process your request within 30 days, consistent with applicable law. For your protection, we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request, and we may only act on requests associated with the email address on file.

Children's Personal Information

If you are under 16, please do not use our Services. If we collect your data and later learn you are under 16, we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We review and revise this Privacy Policy periodically by posting a revised version and updating the "Effective date" above. The revised version is effective on the date listed. We will provide reasonable prior notice of material changes, including by email if you have provided one. If you continue to use our Services after a change takes effect, you consent to the amended policy.
